  • Not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items returned without meeting these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Zalure cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that are lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or special-order reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items showing signs of use or wear

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Final-sale or clearance items, where stated

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Refund Approval Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
